About Rhonda

Rhonda M. Clark-Kreuer, LL.M. (“Rhonda”), owns the Law Office of Rhonda M. Clark, P.C. in St. Louis, Michigan, serving Gratiot and surrounding counties in the middle of the mitten for 23 years. She practices in the areas of Elder Law (Long-Term Care and Medicaid planning), Estate Planning (Wills, Trusts and Powers of Attorney), probate and trust administration, guardianships and conservatorships, real estate, and small business formation.  Rhonda received her B.A. degree from the Michigan State University in 1990, her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Thomas Cooley Law School in 1994, and her LL.M. from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1995.  Rhonda is a recipient of Michigan Lawyer’s Weekly Women in the Law, class of 2015, (individuals who have made meaningful and inspiring contributions to the legal community).  She is a current member of the Probate and Estate Planning, and the Elder Law and Disabilities Rights Sections of the State Bar of Michigan. She previously served as a Council Member for the Probate and Estate Planning Section for six years. Rhonda is a frequent speaker on the topics of Long-Term Care Planning (Medicaid), estate recovery, Estate Planning, business (farm) succession planning, and guardianships and conservatorships.  Rhonda is a member of the Gratiot County Bar Association, Ithaca Rotary Club (past President), Optimist Club, and council member for St. Paul Lutheran Church.
