Celina M. Fisher
Celina received Associate’s Degree in CIS/Microcomputer Applications from Baker College of Owosso in 1997 and her B.A. in Business Management/Accounting from Davenport University in 2012. She joined the firm in 2018. Celina’s focus is assisting clients and their loved ones through the Medicaid eligibility process. With over 20 years of management practice, Celina’s skilled experience adds an extra layer of confidence to our practice.

Tammy L. Oswald

Tamara L. Oswald’s dedication to serving the legal field in greater Gratiot County spans more than 46 years. Over the years, Tammy has mastered varying legal fields, spanning from personal injury, workers’ compensation, mortgage foreclosures, and collections to exclusively handling probate and trust administration, estate planning, business, and real property for the last 16 years.
Tammy is commended by judges, attorneys, and clients alike for her exemplary work handling difficult and complex matters. Tammy began this journey with me 16 years ago when we both returned to our beloved City of St. Louis to open the Law Office of Rhonda M. Clark, P.C. I could not have done this without her.
It goes without saying that Tammy will be missed dearly. We are thankful for her meticulous dedication, drive, and long hours. Sadly, all good things must come to an end. We are excited for Tammy’s well-deserved retirement with her husband, Curt Oswald. May they have many exciting adventures and make lots of memories together!

Jessica L. Lemert
Jessica received her associate’s degree in health information technology from Davenport University in 2010. She joined the firm in August of 2024. Jessica spent several years in the Long-Term care industry specializing in client relations and billing management. Her focus in the practice is client relations. Jessica strives to give each client a positive experience starting with their very first interaction with the firm.
